Step 1 – Inspection
The first step in mold remediation or removal process is to evaluate the affected structure. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent of growth, affected contents and structural components, in addition to evaluating the type and severity of mold present at each job site.
Step 2 – Scope of Work
Following a thorough inspection a detailed scope of work is generated. The scope of work includes a complete list of procedures in addition to a plan of action for the remediation project. All estimates are supplied with a scope of work for your mold remediation and removal project.
Step 3 – Execution
A+ Cleaning & Restoration’s professional technicians will execute the procedures outlined throughout the scope of work. The procedures are derived from nationally accepted guidelines for mold remediation.
Step 4 – Documentation
Throughout the remediation process detailed documentation will be kept by the trained professionals with A+ Cleaning & Restoration, Inc. When necessary, a third party industrial hygenist will be utilized in order to complete post-remediation testing. This establishes without question that the project at hand has been completed successfully. All of the documentation kept throughout this process will be given to the customer and insurance company to ensure all are informed.
Step 5 – Reconstruction
A+ Cleaning & Restoration provides multiple full-service structure solutions to our customers, including experience in post-disaster situations that require immediate response, repair and continued project management.
